Cobbler Union is celebrating its 10-year anniversary. This milestone is important to us and to you for a variety of reasons. Between raw material shortages, transportation inflation, and a volatile economic environment—bringing superior quality and service to our members is more important (and challenging!) than ever.

Throughout the past decade, we built a business where we source 100% of what goes in the box directly from family-owned tanneries and factories in Europe, allowing us to bring world-class products to shoe aficionados the world over. Over the years, we have streamlined our operations in order to continue to offer you a luxury product without the ridiculous markups you’ll find elsewhere—bringing you value during a time when value is hard to find.

With our direct-to-consumer business model, we are able to offer you a world-class product at an exceptional price. But cost is not the only benefit. We are proud to deliver our brand promise without compromising on quality while also living up to our original mission: preserving and promoting our extraordinary craft.

Most importantly, these past 10 years have taught us a lot—and many of those lessons came from you. Without your unbelievable support and feedback, we could have never made it this far. We want to thank you for every order you have placed, most especially over the past three-plus years–undoubtedly, the most challenging years both for Cobbler Union and for our team.
